Union Line Calls aggregates publicly available job call information from IBEW local union hall websites and presents it in a centralized, easy-to-read format. We are an independent informational resource and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW), any IBEW local union, or any contractor listed on the Site.

2. Use of the Site

You may use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes to view job call information. You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or its systems
• Use automated tools to scrape, copy, or reproduce Site content in bulk for redistribution or commercial use
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site's operation
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when contacting us

3. Job Data Accuracy and Disclaimer

The job call data displayed on the Site is collected from publicly available sources maintained by IBEW local union halls. While we make reasonable efforts to keep this information current and accurate, we cannot guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of any job listing. Specifically:

• Job calls may be filled, modified, or removed by the union hall at any time without notice to us
• There may be a delay between when a union hall updates its information and when those changes appear on our Site
• Details such as pay rates, hours, per diem, and job locations are provided as reported by union halls and may contain errors
• We do not verify the accuracy of contractor information, job requirements, or working conditions

Always confirm job details directly with the relevant IBEW local union hall before making any decisions based on information found on this Site.

4. No Employment Relationship

The Site is an informational resource only. We do not offer employment, act as a hiring agent, or facilitate job placements. Displaying a job call on the Site does not constitute an offer of employment. Any employment relationship is solely between you and the hiring contractor and/or union hall.

The Site's design, layout, original text, graphics, and code are owned by Union Line Calls and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Job data displayed on the Site is sourced from publicly available union hall postings. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the Site's original content without our written permission.

We may offer optional membership accounts, waitlist signups, and email subscriptions. By submitting a signup, contact, or membership form, you agree to receive email communications from us. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link provided in our emails. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue membership features at any time.

Signup, waitlist, and contact form submissions are processed by third-party services, including JotForm (form hosting), Make (workflow automation and notifications), and Anthropic's Claude API (automated processing of submission content). By submitting a form, you consent to your submission being processed by these services on our behalf. For details on how your information is handled, please review our Privacy Policy.

7. User-Submitted Content

When you submit information to the Site through a signup, contact, waitlist, feedback, or similar form (collectively, "Submissions"), you grant Union Line Calls a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, process, reproduce, and analyze your Submission for the purpose of operating, maintaining, improving, and providing the Site and related communications. This license includes the right to process Submissions through our third-party tooling, including automation platforms and AI services described in Section 6 and our Privacy Policy.

You represent that any information you submit is accurate, that you have the right to submit it, and that your Submission does not violate the rights of any third party. You retain ownership of the underlying content of your Submission. Submissions are not used to train third-party AI models.

• Reliance on job data that is inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete
• Lost wages, travel expenses, or other costs incurred based on Site information
• Interruptions or errors in Site availability
• Reliance on AI-assisted or automated content or communications
• Unauthorized access to your data

The Site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Union Line Calls and its owner(s) from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your use of the Site or your violation of these Terms.
